I was in the very first batch of NIM. I feel that NIM with it's unique brand helped me develop big picture leadership skills. With the focus on routine interactions with industry leaders, and professionals, we were able to hone problem solving skills from an early stage. I feel NIM prepared me immensely, to be a successful entrepreneur and start my own business not only by helping me acquire the requisite leadership skills but to also give me the ability to act upon my ideas and bring them to fruition.

Access to quality education is a blessing. Like many I am a strong believer that learning is a continuous process and dependent upon individual’s thirst to gain knowledge. Navjeevan Institute of Management (NIM) imbibes value to her student to be a good human being. All around development is a prerequisite to be successful person in life. Joining NIM was a transition for me from Engineering to Management. Initial few weeks, I hardly believed how bright my career could be. With an easy access to Bade Sir and sincere efforts of other faculties, sooner I realized that I was being groomed for a longer run. Today I feel myself privileged to be an Eaglite living a happy professional and personal life. I have travelled more than 52 countries in my small career span of 24 years. All this is just a small quantifiable yield of that `grooming’. I owe a lot to Navjeevan and shall always remain indebted. My best wishes to all Eaglites!!!

The NAAC accreditation in 2018 itself is a testimony of the sustained standards of the Institution and improvements over the years. Several National Conferences has been held in the Institution itself on different topics such as Globalization, Innovation and others connecting the practical link among academics, current industry affairs, industry needs and technology. The Alumnis are well connected with each other through What's App group mainly driven successfully by the Director Mrs.SuvarnaShinde and Prof. Amol Marathe helping our students or ex-students for placements. I wish the Institution to have great and successful future ahead !!
