Navjeevan Institute of Management (NIM) has formed National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) Committee registered under MHRD’s Innovation Cell, AICTE.
A Sr. Faculty as NISP coordinator will need to perform multiple functions and the lead role in designing, developing, implementing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy at institute level, further, delivering and achieving the desired result as per the target set in I& E Policy.
To achieve this, leadership and top authorities of the institute are extending full support and a certain degree of flexibility and authority and autonomy and allocating resources as prescribed in NISP.
The main agenda of NISP Committee at NIM is establishing an odd number of a committee of experts comprises of key persons from institute associated with delivering incubation & pre-incubation services and facilities, selected student/alumni, innovators & entrepreneurs, startup founders from the regional ecosystem, representation from key industry/industry association/network enablers active in the region, etc with NISP coordinator as convenor of the committee. The Committee will be preparing the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy Document and Action plan at your institute level.
